Frankie Lui grew up in a diverse and high-density urban space in Hong Kong SAR, where he has a strong interest in related buildings, cities, and humanities.
He made profound insights and observations in the humanities, and later went to Columbia University in New York to study architecture and urban design, and won the WilliamF . Kinne Traveling Research Fellow ships Scholarship from Columbia University and Lucille Smyser Lowenfish Memorial Award – Best City Design. Frankie became a Recognized Professional of the U.S. Green Building Council”s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEEDAP). After returning to China, he founded Atelier Global in Hong Kong SAR, where he has been experimenting with new possibilities in the field of architectural design and art, and is committed to exploring design practices under cross-border thinking. Over the years, he has led the team to complete and participate in many public building projects in China and abroad, and has also won many international authoritative design awards and been invited to participate in many domestic and foreign art exhibitions, including the Venice Architecture Biennale and the London Architecture Festival.
