Mr. Li is a senior engineer who has a bachelor”s degree in architecture from Tsinghua University and a Master”s degree in landscape architecture from the University of British Columbia. He is a member of the Statutory Plan Committee of Shenzhen Urban Planning Committee, a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of Shenzhen Guangming District Urban High Appearance Level Construction, a deputy chairman of the Ecological Landscape Committee of Shenzhen Civil Architecture Society, a director of Shenzhen Survey and Design Industry Association, and an expert of Shenzhen Yantian District urban renewal think tank. At the same time, he is also a member of the Council of Guangdong Landscape Architecture Society, the top ten landscape architects in Guangdong Province, the first batch of landscape architecture experts, a member of Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture Planning and Design Sub-committee and the chief expert of China Smart City Expert Committee. In addition, he has served as special tutor of Master of Landscape Architecture of Tsinghua University, visiting researcher of Landscape Architecture Research Institute of Peking University, visiting professor of Beijing Forestry University, Xi”an University of Architecture and Technology, Tianjin University, Shenzhen University, and honorary professor of Jiangnan University. Mr. Boli and his colleagues have been focusing on the research of sustainable urban development in current Chinese cities, taking the theory of ”urban society” as the basis, taking all things and problems between buildings on the earth as their own responsibility, and actively participating in planning, construction and design practice of urban public space which is more complex, diversified, comprehensive, humanistic, artistic and innovative .In practice, from the perspective of urban industrial planning, urban design, landscape planning and architectural design, we take the planning and creation of urban public space as the medium, committed to providing Chinese cities with a community people-oriented, poetic and natural, both the spirit of The Times and local emotions, high-quality and refined urban environment. Mr.Boli and his team jointly served as the chief landscape architect of the whole process technical consultation of Sanyi Block, urban renewal chief landscape architect of Nantou Ancient City , chief landscape architect of Dongguan Huangqi South urban axis space planning and ”Dongguan Memory” first zone construction project. At the same time, they are also the chief designer of the open space of Zhengzhou Shang Dynasty Site, the chief landscape architect of general planning and consulting service of the urban design of western district of Maitreya City which have completed a large number of urban problems research and urban design consulting services. In order to adapt to the contemporary development, Boli Studio was established in early 2023 to further focus on China”s urban issues and coordinate the efficient organization and work collaboration of various professional teams on the platform to jointly explore cross-industry and cross-professional innovative design cooperation. After the listing of L&A Design, the main business focuses on three major sectors: innovative design, operation and investment. Mr.Boli believes that the three are highly related, and innovative design is regarded as the cornerstone of investment and operation, and operation is the key link to check and feedback on the design. In his view, through the efficient organization and collaboration of the entire L&A platform, we will demonstrate excellent design and leadership in different fields, play the synergies of the close linkage of the three business segments, and ultimately create different and eye-catching design results.
