Mr. Liu is a registered architect in Illinois, a certified expert of U.S Green Building Council and a director of the World Association of Chinese Architects. Mr. Liu has 30 years of experience in architectural design. As the chief architect of TECON|, he has used his years of working experience both at home and abroad to design various types of projects including office, residential, education, commercial complex, science park and urban renewal, and has won a number of awards in the design industry. >
