裴志红女士，毕业于沈阳航空工业学院，高级工程师，在全国建筑门窗幕墙技术学习班担任讲师，参与完成了大量的门窗幕墙工程顾问咨询项目，并多项目获得奖项，积累了丰富的行业及专业经验。2006年加入弗思特，现任弗思特总工程师，负责指导、审核项目的总体技术方案，监督技术发展战略规划的执行。多年来不仅专注于建筑门窗与幕墙领域的设计与研究，同时注重公司内部技术资源整合及知识管理路径探索。2016年参与编制了行业内第一本《建筑产业化之系统门窗》白皮书。2016年并且参与编制《建筑幕墙门窗工》教材， 从业多年来，参与多项标准规范的审核与制定工作。 >

Ms. Pei Zhihong, graduated from Shenyang Institute of Aeronautical Technology, is a senior engineer. She has worked as a lecturer in the National Building Doors and Windows Curtain Wall Technology learning class. With many years of industry and professional experience, she has participated in and completed a large number of doors and Windows curtain wall engineering consulting projects and won awards in many projects, accumulating rich and professional experience. She joined Forster in 2006 and is currently the Chief Engineer of Forster, where she is responsible for directing and reviewing the overall technical proposal of the project and overseeing the implementation of the technical development strategic plan. Over the years, she has not only focused on the design and research in the field of building doors, Windows and curtain walls, but also focused on the integration of internal technical resources and knowledge management path exploration. In 2016, she participated in the preparation of the industry”s first white paper ”Building Industrialization System Doors and Windows”. And in 2016, she participated in the compilation of the teaching material ”Building Curtain Wall Door and Window Worker”.
