Founder and chief architect of ARCHIS, a Ph.D. candidate and a dual master”s degree in architecture and urban design at Harvard University
Committed to cross-disciplinary research and practice, she embraces the uncertainty and multiple meanings brought about by interdisciplinarity. Since its founding, ARCHIS has been experimenting with multi-dimensional, non-prescriptive design to innovate in projects of different scales. Prior to founding ARCHIS, Sun had internships at OMA, Aecom and Aedas. Sun has also served as a judge at Harvard, Cornell, and Syracuse University, as well as a course instructor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
