He majored in polymer materials at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2005, he joined Dow Chemical”s Technical Services division, where he plays a key role in growing and expanding needs of the construction industry，providing customers with technical solutions for building silicone products and promoting innovative technologies. Meanwhile, he has published several articles on the application of silicone adhesives in construction and innovative applications of high-performance silicone adhesives. Currently，he is the vice-president of sealing material branch of China National Building Waterproof Association and the member of the sealing materials sub-technical Committee of China Building Materials Standardization Technical Committee, participated in the editing of many national standards and industry standards: GB/T 14683-2017, GB16776, GB24266-2009, GB11944, JG/T 475-2015, etc >
