Qu Feng serves as a member of the Management Committee and Director of the Finance Department at Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP (Shanghai), holding a DBA doctoral degree, a Master”s degree in Finance, and a Bachelor”s degree in Law. He possesses both Chinese and Singaporean legal qualifications. Additionally, he concurrently serves as a professor and graduate supervisor at multiple universities, and acts as an expert for the Supreme People”s Procuratorate, a legal advisor to exchanges, and an arbitrator. With experience as a consultant for futures legislation, he has authored several monographs on futures law and published numerous articles on financial law. His expertise has been recognized through international authoritative ratings and honors in areas such as banking and finance, securities and futures, asset securitization, corporate overseas expansion, cross-border investment and financing, and private equity/venture capital (PE/VC). >
