He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Mechanics from Southeast University, as well as an EMBA from CEIBS (China Europe International Business School). With over 25 years of professional experience in the architecture and construction industry, he has been involved in the design and technical consulting of hundreds of large-scale building envelope projects. His long-term professional focus includes architectural exterior environment design, structural and spatial systems research, and the development, review, and evaluation of national and regional standards and codes. He has extensive expertise in global building component standardization, strategic centralized procurement, and construction quality management.
