SPDG was founded in Hong Kong in 1993 by Chinese architect Sheng Yuhong, and operates offices in Guangzhou, Beijing, and Hong Kong. Building on its extensive Hong Kong practice, Sheng Yuhong focuses on the design and research of super high-rise buildings, corporate headquarters, high-end residential developments, and climate-responsive green architecture. Representative projects include Shangdong Park Hyatt Residence, Overseas Chinese Town · Poly · Huijing Terrace, Foshan Shangdong Park Hyatt Plaza, HOMKOO Headquarters – Qijiang 42, and the Guangzhou Baiyun Yuexiu Marriott Integrated Hotel Complex, among others.
